All shipping within Australia is carried out by the regular parcel run with Australia Post. Generally your order should arrive within 1 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) after being posted. However, given the rural location of our post office, please allow an extra business day for delivery.

All international shipping is carried out via Air Mail - we do not ship via Sea Mail. Please note that all prices within the NARG online store are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). We regularly update our currency exchange rate on our website in accordance with the Oanda website, so prices are likely to fluctuate for products and shipping.

Australia Post has its own website where you can estimate how much items will cost to ship to you. As a general rule of thumb, calendars weigh approximately 200 grams. Make sure that you add an additional 40-50 grams for packaging and receipts. For example, two calendars = 2 x 200gms (400gms) + 50gms packaging = 450gms. All mail is sent from the Australian postcode of 2620 and in recommended Australian Post padded jiffy bags for protection of your order. You can see how much shipping will cost in your shopping cart and this can be confirmed before submitting your order request. Note that all products will incur a small additional fee to cover packaging costs ($2 AUD).

We are committed to shipping all orders within 1-2 days of receipt of your order or your payment clearance, subject to availability of stock. In most cases you should receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been posted along with any additional comments. Note that Australian post offices do not generally ship on weekends, but we can post your order over a weekend, ready for Monday's mail run.

All products may be returned for credit within the first 14 days from the original invoice date. Products are to be returned in complete and original condition. Products that are returned for credit that is due to improper use, alteration, abuse or physical damage, improper label removal or addition will be refused and credit not issued.

Please note that any postage incurred by returning the product to us will not be refunded and in some cases a restocking fee will apply.
